Verification runs in the open-source Rust verifier core compiled to WebAssembly (the same code as the
hv verify CLI; this page is a thin interface over it). A receipt proves registration, signatures,
witnessed checkpoints and disclosed commitments. It does not prove an output was correct.
The page states the issuer's assurance tier, never a bare "verified" badge.

Resolves a receipt ID registered in the transparency log to an SVG badge. Unlogged or unverified receipt IDs return HTTP 404 (RECEIPT_NOT_IN_LOG).
